New Jersey born; turned southern girl. That would be a good way to describe me. When I was almost a year old my dad was transferred to North Carolina, So mom, dad, and I moved. During that time I became a big sister to a brother, Eric and then a sister, Megan. Dad was again transferred when I was 6, that time to Tennessee. I have been in Tennessee ever since.
I was in high school when I met my husband, Andrew. We dated through high school and college. During that time Andrew went to Germany on a church mission.
I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education. I am a certified Pre-K through 4 grade teacher. I taught first grade for a year. I have also had experience teaching in kindergarten and fourth grade.
After Andrew had been home for two years we decided it was time to get married. After a long engagement of 4 months we were married December 23, 2005. After I got married I inherited two sisters, Shannon, and Heather, and two brothers, Bryan and Ben. We still live in Tennessee.
I watch my niece a couple days a week and I am the secretary of the primary at church. When I’m not doing those things I am trying my hand at being a “Molly Mormon”.
